Prize Details
One (1) winner will receive:
- Return economy flights for two (2) adults from the winners nearest Australian capital city to Bali, Indonesia.
- Five (5) nights accommodation in Bali.
The total maximum prize value is AUD $4,000.
Travel must be booked within 12 months of the draw unless otherwise agreed by Weeha.
How to Enter
Entrants may receive entries through the following methods.
Active Weeha Business Entry
A business will receive 20 entries when all of the following requirements are met:
- Creates a Weeha business account during the Promotion Period.
- Completes its business profile.
- Accepts bookings through the Weeha platform.
- Remains an active business on Weeha for a minimum of thirty (30) consecutive days.
- Completes at least one successfully completed customer booking with a value of $0.50 or higher through the Weeha platform before entries are awarded.
Entries are awarded only after all eligibility requirements have been satisfied.
Bonus Business Entries
Businesses may earn additional entries as follows.
Action Entries
- Active business (Section A) 20
- First completed booking +5
- 10 completed bookings +10
- 25 completed bookings +20
Only completed bookings with a value of $0.50 or higher processed through the Weeha platform count towards bonus entries.
Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent or duplicate bookings do not qualify.
Instagram Entry
Individuals may receive one (1) entry by completing all of the following:
- Follow the official Weeha Instagram account.
- Like the official giveaway post.
- Tag three (3) different friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
Each eligible Instagram account may enter once unless otherwise stated in promotional material.
Fake accounts, duplicate accounts or automated entries may be disqualified.
Free Alternative Method of Entry
To ensure free entry is available, entrants may submit one entry by emailing info@weeha.co during the Promotion Period with:
- Full name
- Residential address
- Telephone number
- Email address
- A statement requesting entry into the Weeha Bali Business Giveaway
Only one valid email entry per eligible person will be accepted.
Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter is Weeha Pty Ltd (ABN: 60 672 622 810) of 12/27 Evans Street, Maroochydore, QLD, 4558 ("Weeha", "Promoter", "we", "our" or "us"). By entering this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on 1 st of August 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 10 December 2026 ("Promotion Period").
No entries will be accepted after the closing date.
4. Eligibility
The promotion is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older.
Business entries must be submitted by an owner, director or authorised representative of an Australian business.
Employees of Weeha Pty Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- Return economy flights for two (2) adults from the winner's nearest Australian capital city to Bali, Indonesia.
- Five (5) nights' accommodation in Bali.
The total maximum prize value is AUD $4,000.
If the total cost of flights and accommodation is less than $4,000, the remaining value will not be paid as cash.
The prize does not include:
Spending money
Meals
Travel insurance
Visas
Passports
Airport transfers
Taxes not included in the airfare
Activities
Personal expenses
Any costs not expressly stated
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
If any component of the prize becomes unavailable, Weeha reserves the right to substitute that component with another of equal or greater value.

7. Entry Limits
Business entries and Instagram entries may be accumulated where eligibility requirement have been met.
Weeha reserves the right to verify all entries. Fraudulent, misleading or manipulated entries may be removed.
8. Verification
Weeha may request documentation to verify:
Identity
Age
Business ownership or authority
Booking activity
Eligibility
Failure to provide requested information within a reasonable period may result in disqualification.
9. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random electronic draw.

The first valid entry drawn will win the prize.
10. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified within two (2) business days by:

Email
Instagram direct message (where applicable)
The winner's first name, surname initial and state may also be published on Weeha's website and social media channels.
11. Prize Claim
The winner must claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of being notified.
If the prize remains unclaimed, Weeha may conduct a redraw.
12. Redraw
If required, a redraw will take place fourteen (14) days after the original draw at the same location using the same random draw process.
The replacement winner will be contacted within two (2) business days.
13. General Conditions
Weeha reserves the right to:
verify entries;
refuse entries that do not comply with these Terms;
disqualify entrants who provide false or misleading information;
remove automated, fraudulent or duplicate entries;
cancel or amend the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. Privacy
Personal information collected during this promotion will be handled in accordance with Weeha's Privacy Policy.
Information will only be used for administering this promotion, contacting winners and, where consent has been provided, sending marketing communications.
Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Weeha is not responsible for:
lost, late or incomplete entries;
technical interruptions;
failures of third-party platforms including Instagram;
airline cancellations;
travel disruptions;
acts of God;
government travel restrictions;
any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
16. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants completely release Instagram and Meta from any liability associated with this promotion.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes shall be determined in accordance with the applicable laws of the Australian state or territory in which the entrant resides.
